 Welcome to the New Ecosystem Earth Sparks is estimated to launch late July 2015 (after a few delays) as the next-gen place for incentive- based crowdfunding. Membership is free for everyone and Earth Sparks completely changes the crowdfunding rules, giving entrepreneurs, creatives, good causes and life journey seekers wonderful ways to fund their dreams. Members are assigned to a Pathfinder – someone who will empower them to achieve a good experience from the ecosystem. Members will be given finder fees whenever they discover new projects or new members who support them. With a dedicated social network allowing dynamic interactions together with a dedicated Pathfinder, multiple news channels and enough languages to make anyone feel at home, we believe Earth Sparks will become a major success story by 2016. Earth Sparks is a springboard for new projects and their fans will be the seeds which enable exponential expansion of each Pathfinder business. A typical Pathfinder should have no problems securing 3,000 members, especially when some projects will bring many hundreds or thousands of new members instantly.

Pathfinder Advantage When you transfer to the new ecosystem Complete Earth LLC wants you to experience Earth Sparks for up to 360 days before you make up your mind.1 Your Metoos will be converted into Jellybeans and you can become actively involved or wait passively in the shadows. When you transfer we’ve arranged to make you a member of Pathfinder Advantage with a membership worth £15.80. Your Pathfinder Advantage membership will be used to help 0 member(s) to become a Pathfinder 2 . Whenever their assigned members make a purchase from the Central Store3 you will earn 6.00% from the sale. You will also earn 0.10% of the income generated by any Project assigned to your Pathfinder(s). Based upon this note 4 (below) your combined incomes from Projects would be $9.60 and from the Central Store, your combined incomes would be $180.00. 4

NOTES 1. If you’re not happy with your Earth Sparks experience, you can request a Cancellation Agreement from Before Earth and receive the benefits shown on page 23 instead. If you have received any benefits from Earth Sparks which are connected to your Enhanced Membership, these will be deducted from the cancellation settlement which you will receive from Before Earth. 2. For every £316 in your Pathfinder Advantage fund, Complete Earth will assign you to one Pathfinder. Your Pathfinder Advantage will produce 0 Pathfinders with a balance of £15.80 remaining. The balance will be assigned to another Pathfinder, although your income from this Pathfinder (based upon the projections previously given) would be reduced to $180.00 on purchases in the Central Store while your income from Projects assigned to that Pathfinder would be reduced to $9.60 3. Central Store purchases include marketing enhancements bought by Earth Sparks Projects, advertising sales, any purchases made from most parts of the ecosystem (such as TreeHa), apparel sales, member marketing packs, seminars, events, game purchases and anything that is sold through the ecosystem which is not a business license, nor a pledge to a project. 4. Based upon your Pathfinder(s) managing 24 Projects per year, which each secure an average funding level of £8,000 from their Crowd and based upon a Pathfinder managing 3,000 members who make a Central Store purchase worth an average $20.00 (noting that some will spend nothing and others will buy advertising packages). Complete Earth are also adding a Failsafe to your Transfer Agreement which reads, “If any Pathfinder isn’t performing as Complete Earth expects you will be moved to a more successful Pathfinder.” Please also note that projections are not guarantees of incomes. They are for illustrative purposes based upon averages which are estimated by Complete Earth. Actual results will differ. Your Pathfinders will be based anywhere on the planet. Communication with your assigned Pathfinder(s) is optional, but as they are running a business, thanks to your original involvement, then they may seek your involvement.

Complete Earth LLC Based in California and headed by Jim Sullivan, Complete Earth (CE USA) is preparing to launch Earth Sparks – the next generation in crowdfunding.

 It’s incentive-based, which means that

anyone who helps find new projects or members is rewarded in the process.

 Earth Sparks is central to a new ecosystem and CE USA has recently agreed a plan with Before Earth and CEOSA (the technology owner). This ensures a flow of money into places such as M2E Holdings PLC, helping Before Earth to repay members who wish to leave Me2everyone and giving those members who want to transfer a genuine reason to smile. During 2015 the CE USA ecosystem will be expanded to include old favourites such as TreeHa whilst also launching its own social networking ap

M2E Holdings PLC Since 2011 Me2everyone members have secured shares with a face value of £3.57m in M2E Holdings via a transaction whereby members give their Metoos to Complete Earth Organisation SA (CEOSA) in exchange for shares in the PLC. The Metoos are then destroyed – preserving their neutral value. In 2015, shareholder patience is being rewarded with a new board of directors, a new company name and an agreement with Complete Earth LLC which sees the company receiving 3% of all Central Store sales from within the ecosystem (see page 10). That agreement will enable the new directors to decide the frequency of dividends (payments to you) and whether the PLC makes any additional investments in the future. Based upon 108m members in the new ecosystem((a low number) revenues under the agreement may reach £43.2m annually.

Central Store Sales The new ecosystem will have a Central Store where sales generated affect both the income generated by members who wish to transfer into the ecosystem and those members who wish to cancel their Me2everyone agreement. Central Store purchases include marketing enhancements for Earth Sparks Projects, any purchases made from TreeHa, Rise of Emodo or Bubble of Energy, apparel sales, member marketing packs, seminars, events, other game purchases, advertising within the new social network, Pathfinder or Development Director licenses and any item offered by projects connected to Earth Sparks.

 NOTES Commissions to any member, including Pathfinders and Development Directors will vary according to the type of purchase being made. More information will be given in this Report and on Earth Sparks, when it launches.

Share Purchases Combined Value of Purchases: £0.00 In 2011 and 2013 some members directly purchased shares in M2E Holdings PLC, which were held by CEOSA. The money was used to deliver the current version of Me2everyone. Purchases of shares are being treated as Enhanced Memberships and will be included in the calculation of your Pathfinder Advantage membership, should you wish to transfer into the new ecosystem. Whether you transfer or cancel your membership, you will retain any shares you hold in M2E Holdings PLC.

 Evolution Development Counsel (EDC) Since 2011 EDC membership has been open to those M2E members whom the directors felt could enhance the organisation. The EDC are high volume recruiters, marketing specialists, entrepreneurs, lawyers, police officers or other professionals. EDC members meet often (online) and they serve as writers, editors, think tanks and directors of M2E companies. EDC members account for 49% of the Enhanced Memberships and almost 98% of all investments into the new Complete Earth ecosystem. In the coming days the EDC mission will come to an end. Some members have been selected as prospective directors in the new ecosystem, whilst others will become the first management team for the Development Director and Pathfinder network. A new Complete Earth Development Counsel (CEDC) will emerge with members assigned directly to Development Directors – helping to transform their ideas into policy for the ecosystem. First Impact

You may be wondering why this is coming after the first post. Shouln't it have been the first post?
I will explain. After two weeks, I feel I've just woken up from an after shock/ coma!( for want of a better word).
I am being bombarded with information for the past two weeks. My mind had decided that I am in the wrong place and I may not survive this course. Only in the last two days, I have resumed meditation. Reflecting is a better word to describe what I'm doing to cope with the devastation.

I was sleep walking through my TPs. When tutors asked me simple questions, I simply stared at them and felt ashamed as my fellow students looked on, in barely concealed amusement, contempt and secretly snorted in derison( again my very limited mind concocting a deadly mix of negative self perception and damaging punishment to my ego/ super ego). 
But would you believe it? Just a few sessions of meditation where I simply desisted from following any particular thought and sat absolutely still, sufficient restful breaks, and 8 hours of sleep(very important, this one), my super computer( sub conscious) is helping me in bouncing back.


Quite simply, there was too much information for my mind to process.( I had forgotten that the information to learning is a process that is the exclusive domain of the super computer within all of us, they call it the subconscious). I thought I was slow, I believed I had forgotten everything that they threw at me. My last two TPs were major disasters of epic proportions.( My mind decided that, not me, I now realize)
But the only good thing that I did, this time around, is that I refused to quit and learned not to accept what my mind told me( my wife was a major help here). Today morning I woke up at 4.30(I did not even hear the alarm I'd kept for 3.30 am). I started working on my LP. The fog is beginning to clear, is what I can say now. I am able to put my thoughts on paper. It is trickling in and I know I have to be patient and hope to see my super computer take over  entire control of this learning- to- teach course that I have enrolled myself into.
My wife gave me a few tips: 
-Put yourself in the shoes of the teacher and look at yourself( role play, OMG! how does she know? She told me her father taught her this method when she was struggling to sit at one place and learn)
- In between input sessions, try and note down all points, take the help of fellow learners(don't ask too many questions, be specific)
- Use your imagination to defeat the mind and its instant judgements(wife says she saw a TV program early today where the role of the mind and sub conscious was explained simply beautifully). I believe( now) that the mind is able to process only 25% of the information, when there is an information bombardment, and promptly judges that this is beyond you, so better quit( and watch TV or binge on the goodies in the fridge).
-The real learning is happening at the sub conscious level and believe your sub conscious, because it is at a much higher level when compared to the mind, and far more competent to address your needs. The mind wants and listening to the mind makes you greedy and aggressive. The subconscious addresses all your needs and much more. Only the mind can come up with petty,selfish, and  self centered wants. So. leave the learning to the subconscious.
- So instead of listening to the mind, you just have to take enough breaks to rest, and then start working on your TP or LP or assignments. Remember to sleep early so that you are able to rise early.
- The mind is your servant or say a receptionist at the front office. Give it small menial taks like remembering to shave, to eat in time, get out of home in time, keeping quiet, being friendly and firm... all those small things it is capable of doing. Allow the Bigboss to take over. It will happen, in good time. 
Now, I go back to my struggle which does not seem so difficult and insurmountable......(hope I am not wrong there)

I don't reflect normally. But if I have to scale up I have to. I am moving on to Usha for the 3rd week, with a sense of foreboding. Today evening, we had to resubmit assignments, before 5 pm. I tried taking permission from Hem , during a feed back session, to allow me to go and submit in time. I walked into the next room and saw Usha tutoring a fellow student. She did not like the intrusion and she glared. I dropped my assignment(on the tray), mumbled something and scooted. The way I have fared so far I'm in for a tough time the coming week.
In advance preparation, I have sent her a friendship ship request on Linked in, of all places. I hope she rejects me.
And ....what happened in class today. As usual I'm drawing a blank but with some effort I remember Sugnadhi saying something about a ten min presentation from 4 groups. I'm in the 4th group where we have Aruna and Archana too. Got to get in touch with them tomorrow.
